General Overview
Advance RRP has been in business since 2011 and currently employs over eight (08) field staff (consisting of painters, carpenters, operators, and laborers) and three (3) superintendents. Advance RRP is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Contractor, Veteran Owned and certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) ContractorAdvance RRP has completed projects all over the east coast, from Florida to Maine. Advance RRP has strong in - house capabilities and also performs projects through sub -contracting with other trades.
Project Management
The management of construction projects requires knowledge of modern management as well as an understanding of the design and construction process. Construction projects have a specific set of objectives and constraints such as a required time frame for completion. While the relevant technology,institutional arrangements or processes will differ, the management of such projects has much in common with the management of similar types of projects in other specialty or technology domains such as aerospace, pharmaceutical andenergy developments.
