Contract Management Plan

Advance RRP manages multiple projects simultaneously over a large geographical area in the northeast and mid-Atlanticstates. To successfully manage these projects and perform at a high level, Advance RRP provides daily reports, daily photos, and daily calls between its Project Managers and Superintendents. Communication is the key element to the success of any project. When necessary, Advance RRP utilizes a jobsite trailer at the project to better manage the work. In addition, Advance RRP supplies employees on site with mobile computing devices to have access to all project documentation for the duration of every project.At the beginning of every project, Advance RRP creates a CPM schedule. Advance RRP provides a qualified onsite superintendent to oversee daily work activity. Advance RRP also provides two (2) week “look ahead” schedules to the client to keep them informed and on schedule. During mobilization, Advance RRP creates a laydown area and erects fencing to ensure public safety. Advance RRP conducts daily “tool box talks” and provides quality control reports and photos to the client. In addition, Advance RRP conducts weekly internal meetings to ensure all employees are up to speed on company projects. These procedures facilitate on time and successful project completion.

Advance RRP takes jobsite safety very seriously. Advance’s current Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is .969. Advance RRP produces a safety program for each project. At the start of every project Advance conducts a safety meetingto review potential hazards. Advance RRP requires all personnel (including subcontractors) to wear hard hats, safety vestsand appropriate work boots on the site and workers will not be allowed to proceed without them. At every job site, Advance conducts daily safety “tool box t alks” with all personnel, includingsubcontractors and their employees.

Advance RRP prominently displays at every job site the location and phone number of emergency facilities in the area.
